Public Offer

This document is a public offer to provide VPN service. Any use of the service means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The Provider grants the User access to a VPN service for routing network connections through the service infrastructure. The service is provided on a paid basis in accordance with the chosen plan.

To obtain access the User: • subscribes through available channels • receives connection details • uses the service on compatible devices The User undertakes to use the service personally and not to share access with third parties, except when explicitly allowed by the plan.

Payment is made through the available methods, including electronic payments and cryptocurrency. Access to the service is granted after the payment is confirmed. A pre-paid balance format with daily charges is supported. When the balance runs out, access to the service may be suspended until top-up.

Refunds may be issued on an individual basis when technical problems prevent the use of the service. The decision on a refund is made by the Provider.

The Provider is not responsible for: • disruptions on the public internet • blocks imposed by providers or third parties • inability to access individual resources • actions of the User while using the service The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

The User agrees not to use the service for: • activities violating applicable law • distribution of malicious software • attacks on networks and services • other forms of infrastructure abuse The Provider may restrict access if abuse is detected.

The Provider does not maintain user activity logs and does not inspect traffic contents. Data processing is performed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

This offer is open-ended. The Provider may amend the terms without prior notice. The current version of the offer is published in a publicly accessible location.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the service: • upon breach of these terms • when abuse is detected • for technical reasons

Use of the service means the User accepts all terms of this offer. All disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.
